Default Klamath Falls Christian couple looking for someone to teach us to ride.

Hey guys, is there anybody out there that might be willing to teach a new guy the ropes? Got a pair of ski doo summits last summer, but have never ridden before! LOL (How can I teach my wife or daughter if I don't even know? LOL) Thanks guys!

Welcome to the forum! The Kfalls guys on here are always up to helping, now if we could just get some snow!

Kuro welcome! Feel free to ask any questions, we can recommend lots of great starter areas that will keep you safe while you learn and have people around to help!

Welcome. There are a bunch of great people around here in the K-falls area that would be more than happy to show you and your family the ropes. You will be hooked for sure.

Thanks everyone! It would be great to meet new friends and learn how this sport is done without killing myself! LOL! I will be riding a 2005 800 summit I bought this summer. The snow today got me kinda excited, I know we need a lot more, but I think I'm ready. Just need some buddies to hang with and show me the ropes. See ya all soon I hope!

Tru Dat! Welcome to the Forum! Some of us have family's and they all ride as well. I'm one of those guy's that do. I guess we are not the average family... They all boondock and go places that some wont go! But we are all willing to help a fellow sledder out and show one on how to be safe (the do's and dont's)..... This is a good place to start! Enjoy....

I would suggest joining the local snowmobile club, Klamath Basin Snowdrifters, and joining them on their club rides.

Thanks to all of you guys! Your great, and I appreciate it so much. My special Thanks to my new friend BCDAN who took me on my first ride yesterday! Thank you Dan.
He kept me safe and got me home alive, even when I tried to kill myself! LOL

I hope the next ride is a little farther! Good to meet you, too.

Reading my mind.....was going to suggest the same thing!
When it snows, you have two choices: shovel or make snow angels.

Kindness is like snow - it beautifies everything it covers.
