Default 2013 Polaris Quick Drive Pulley Installation Tools

Our Happy Face alignment studs are location specific, meaning that the lower drive shaft stud is short and the upper stud is much longer with a shallow angle which makes the belt installation much easier. Also, we machine a hex on the out side end of both studs so that you can use the same size wrench as the drive shaft bolts and to adjust your track.

We also are now producing the alignment studs in a lightweight version that are made from 7075 aluminum that has been type III hard anodized
The weight difference is 50.5 grams on our light weight studs to 201.5 grams for the stainless steel.

These light weight studs are easy to bring along when riding yet they will still have all the, features that set our products apart. These will start shipping Tue. Jan. 08.

For those that are running the earlier style drive shafts we have made install studs that have a 3/8"-24 thread to fit those 2006 2009 shafts.
Stainless are available now for $49.00 + shipping, Anodized Aluminum will be available on Tuesday the 8th of January 2013 for $40.00 + shipping.

Note: Our install tools are a one piece design that are machined on state of the art CNC equipment that maintains the highest quality product. We have this product in stock and can ship large quantity's to single orders.

Everyone who is or is going to get a 2014 PRO keep in mind the 2014 Polaris Quick Drive Pulley Installation Tool for the top shaft is different than last years. Polaris just wanted to keep you on your toes. We do have them in stock for anyone that might be interested. Give me a call and I can get a set sent right out to you. http://happyfacepp.com/polaris-quick...install-tools/

Also note that Polaris is using the same drive shaft as the 2013 model year but they have added a small clamp to the drive side of the shaft. If you would like a more perminate solution to the drive shaft issue, replace the little clamp with a billet collar that will not migrate on the shaft and possibly leave you in a bad situation. Last year we did several shafts with small clamp migrate and allow the shaft to fail. Our collar is just a good looking insurance policy. http://happyfacepp.com/polaris-pro-drive-shaft-collar/
