I have a new/unused Polaris 3211078 belt. It is in perfect condition, I just don't have the sled it went to any more. Pay the actual shipping cost and it is yours.

I don't think so. I have attached the Polaris parts manual for what looks to be your sled. Also, this site has some Polaris belt #'s on it:
