Everyone is always ready to complain about a business so thought that I might take the time to do the opposite. I brought my rear shock in to Joel to get it rebuilt and they did so. I put it on and after the first few minutes I could tell that some thing was not right. This time I brought the mid and rear shock in to make sure that my mid wasn't causing some of the problem. Joel took them and called me the next day to tell me that they thought the mid shock was fine and they couldn't really find any problem with the shock that they rebuilt. He said that he wanted to order a new seal and rebuild it again. Today I picked them up and they had completely redone the rear and recharged the mid shock.
Here it comes NO CHARGE. Some may think that is there responsibility and maybe it is but my point is that Joel went above and beyond what they had to do with no whining. Try that at Mt. Hood Polaris or Cycle Country.
Thank you Joel and Stayton Motor Sports.
This is my review of a Dealership.

Dan quit, that sucks. I always had great service from Dan. Hope things don't change around there. It's one of the few arctic cat dealers i really like.

I was wondering where Dan went. What happened? I really liked Dan.

He had a 3 hour closed door meeting w/ the new owner and after that he quit on the spot.:(
Joel tried to talk him in to staying until he found another job but no dice..
It sucks but I would give Joel a chance. He might not be able to ramble off part numbers as good as Dan but Joel still knows the business quite well and his customer service is the best..:)\

That sucks that Dan left. In 2005 I went to go buy an M7 163, and he said I dont have one, but Medford does. I said I really want to buy it from Stayton, because my wife is gonna get a new sled too. He said don't worry, I dont care where you buy yours from, I will still service it like I sold it to ya. And he did... Great customer service does alot for a Dealer.
