Just got back from McCall Idaho and rode for three days in great powder and friends. The first day it was very windy and it just snowed, it was hard to leave the trail with out getting stuck (poor visibilty), but it was still fun once you got out of the breaks and into the trees. Second day we went to a new location and fell in love all over again with McCall, it started out as snow/wind but by the afternoon rolled around the weather break and it was blue sky's and lots of powder to play in, it was just our group in the area and we tracked it up from one end to the other!! Day three was COLD but the skies were blue and it was another great day of riding. I wished they I would of taken more pictures but I was just way to busy playing!! Here are a few pictures that I did take. Can't wait to go back again.

That looks like Karen and Steve, did they meet up with you? I know they were in Halfway for Christmas/New Years, but never heard where they went after that.
Sure looks like you had a lot of fun. We will be headed that way later this year for a whirlwind trip from Halfway to ?, to ? to ?, to ?, and finally ending up in Jackson Hole for the hill climbs(maybe). We may have to put McCall into one of those question marks.

Yep! They actually stayed with us in McCall. The whole trip was a blast on the snow as well off! Poor Steve had an accident on Saturday heading back to the rigs, he hit a groomer mound with his left ski and was all over the place, no one saw it, we were all back at the rigs, loaded when Karen came up and said that Steve hasn't arrive, so one of our buddies unloaded his sled and went to find Steve. He's VERY SORE, thank goodness for only strains.
