I have a 2007 yamaha phazor fx that when I leave it out the starter won't engage I think it's the relay but idk has any one else had this problem
I am assuming you mean when you leave it outside in the cold overnight? Does the starter spin and not engage, or just not do anything?

Yes over night and it donsent do anything
But if you were to leave it in the garage, or it is warm out, you don't have this issue? Sorry, just trying to make sure we fully understand the issue.
if it starts sometimes i would guess starter or battery.

Yes if it is in my garage or warm our it works great
when batterys get old and weak(like me).they dont like the cold.

I had another idea that it could be water in the starter how posible could this be
where are you located at?
my 2 cents is it is the battery. warm gives it a little more power and can turn it over, when it is cold out it doesn't have enough to turn it over. does it click at all?
