Can anybody tell me how the snow realy is at bachelor? With the new snow is it safe to ride their (stumps-rocks). At diamond lake it got so thin i dont want to rip any control arms off. Not at a tune of $200 an a-arm. Trying to make the best of the season.

There is over 100" at the road level. With 18" new last night and another 12 or so due today it should be great. No rocks or stumps up high. If you ride out of Wanoga you have to be careful. This is why Dutchman is so important to keep open to snowmobiles year around.

Now 44" since last Wed and 14" in the last 24 hours. Vince and Cbrewer are up riding right now. We'll see if we can get a report. I am sure it is nothing short of awesome.

Bachelor was as good as it gets today. Snow was deep and un-tracked everywhere. There was no place that was better than the next. It was all good. Better make your plans to get up there before the weather changes. For the trail riders, the trails have not been touched as of today. I shot a bunch of video with the new Vholdr camera from the film fest. Need some more practice. It ended up showing my hood and bumper in great detail. A minor adjustment is in order next time out.
