I hope it is ok to put this in your section.
In case you have forgotten to get a letter sent to the Forest Service
regarding the upcoming expansions of Meissner and hopefully, building of Kapka Butte Sno-parks,
Feb. 24th is the deadline.
The letters do not have to be long, detailed ones, but need to state your belief that there needs to be expansion of the lower Meissner park to accommodate all the users of that area. We are a nationally known winter recreation area and there is great need to accommodate the visitors as well as us locals that live here for good reason.
Also, include the need to get Kapka Butte snowmobile park built quickly for
the same reasons.
