The gf and I just spent four days w/ Doug and Gloria at their b&b just north of La Pine - this is a fantastic place to stay - right across the road from Paulina and about a 20-30 min drive to Dutchman's Flats sno park right by Bachelor. $99/night for a king size bed, private living room, jacuzzi, wonderful breakfasts, and incredible hospitality - highly recommend if you're going to C/O for winter fun. Plus, stay 3 nights and the fourth is free!

If you've got a big group that needs lodging, they have a brand new, amazing 4500 sqft house that sleeps 12 for $349 a night. No breakfast, but it is impressive.
